Read how Focus Labs handles your data across our app and website. See also our Terms of Use.
Focus Labs ("Focus Labs," "we," "us," or "our") provides a productivity and study-focused mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Focus Labs is currently operated by individuals based in Texas, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who Can Use Focus Labs
Focus Labs is intended only for users who are 13 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. During signup, we use an age-verification process to prevent users under 13 from creating or using an account. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at studyroomdevs@gmail.com.

Timelapses may show your face, surroundings, screen, location clues, documents, or other personal information. You are responsible for reviewing content before posting it.
Focus Labs does not record audio through the timelapse feature.
D. Contacts Information
Focus Labs may offer an optional contact-matching feature to help you find people you know.
If you choose to use it and grant device permission, we may access phone numbers from your device contacts. We use those phone numbers only to check whether a contact already has a Focus Labs account.
We do not upload contact names for contact matching, and we do not retain your address book from the synchronization process.

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
However, no system is completely secure. You should use a strong password, protect access to your device, and avoid posting personal, sensitive, or identifying information in timelapses or public profile content.
